Since Jogoball is an unknown contact, it’s likely the verification email could end up in your spam or junk folder. Check those folders out and refresh your inbox as well.
For security purposes, your password must contain at least one capital letter and one number.
Please try on of the following:
1- Turn Bluetooth off and then turn it back on again
2- Press “Available Devices” or “Pair New Device” on your Bluetooth settings
3- Wait approximately 10 seconds for the list to refresh
Check if the battery is empty. Charge Jogoball using the included USB cable.
Long press the Jogoball ON button (not the side button).
Check that your phone is allowing camera access to Jogoball.
Go to your mobile device settings, find Jogoball app, and enable Jogoball app to access your camera.
Alternatively, you may enter the code manually.
Make sure you are connected to “SB Speaker” and not “SB (Number Sequence).”
Make sure your Bluetooth settings allow Media in addition to allowing Phone.
Turn on Jogoball and turn OFF your phone’s Bluetooth so Jogoball won’t be paired with any phone.
Throw Jogoball into the air and see if it shines white, now try some other gestures as well (Shake, twist, tap, spin).
Alternatively, keep it paired and open the gesture tutorial on the Jogoball app.

Please charge your Jogoball as this is a decent indication the battery is low.
Check that your device is not too far from Jogoball.
Try charging using a different MicroUSB cable. Alternatively, try a different electrical outlet.
Jogoball supports both Android & iOS Devices.
Make sure you are paired to “SB Speaker.” Not “SB XXXXX.” Also check that your Bluetooth is set for both “media” and “calls.”
Bluetooth connections will work within about 30 feet with an open line of sight.
It works about 10-15 feet when there are walls and obstacles. Also make sure that your Jogoball is sufficiently charged.
